With more than 20 years of experience, we specialise in offering residential care services for the elderly in the heart of Golcar village near Huddersfield.
All service users have an individual care plan documenting their care needs, medical history and associated information surrounding their care and well-being. Care plans are compiled on a digital system allowing care notes to be created as help is provided and automatically updating charts, reports, care plans and many more features in real-time throughout the digital care planning system.
Senior members of care staff have oversight of critical information covering care plans, risk assessments, daily records and charts as well as information for audit purposes and inspections.
