Knowl Court Carehome Reviews

“I just wanted to say how lovely the staff at Knowle Court are. I popped in to see my dad recently one lunchtime and there was such a friendly and caring atmosphere. I felt so welcomed that I even stayed to help feed him his lunch. All the staff showed such respect to the residents and everyone seemed very happy. I also wanted to single out one member of staff in particular. From the moment he greeted me at the door and throughout the time I was there, he was so calm and caring towards everyone. It is nice to see my dad looking so well cared for, clean, well fed and warm.”

“I truly believe that you only understand the value and quality of care when faced with challenging circumstances. During the last twelve months, I have witnessed the very best of care by Knowle Court. The care and support they have given my mother during the Covid crisis have been exceptional. They truly set the standard for others to aspire to. Their early assessment of the virus and the resulting safeguarding measures have proved to be an effective Covid line of defence. It is not just a care home. It is a loving family home where everyone is welcomed, supported and loved. Thank you to all the staff for their loving care of my mother.”

“Knowle Court took over my mum’s care 4 years ago and in all that time, I have been extremely pleased with everything and everybody involved. Care is excellent, the staff treated mum with love, understanding and dignity to the very end. She was kept comfortable, clean and loved throughout her stay and treated as a member of a close family. Communication between is was extremely open, honest and frequent and nothing was too much trouble. Her room was spotless and homely. Mum was cared for in my opinion in a gold star way. Our decision to go there – excellent – never questioned. Thank you, Knowle Court.”

“My Mother has recently passed away in Knowle Court, after being a resident for five and a half years, at the age of 104. It has been a difficult time, especially with COVID, hard to visit and of course much harder for the staff. Throughout the long time she was a resident, she received excellent care, always lovingly looked after by everyone. The home was always clean and tidy, we were always made welcome to visit. Must also say that Mum was not the easiest to care for, quite a challenge. We would recommend Knowle Court to anyone needing excellent care.”
